I came to yoga and art through some of life's harder moments and both quietly became the most grounding parts of my life.

This is where I share them with you.

I'm a registered yoga teacher, trained for 300 hours under Stewart Gilchrist. I teach live online Vinyasa classes for all levels - grounded in breath, alignment, and the philosophy behind the practice. Alongside teaching, I create original art T-shirts you'll find in my shop.
