Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links breath (prāṇa) with movement, creating a dynamic and meditative experience suitable for all levels. Each class begins with a short meditation and gentle warm-up, helping you settle into your breath and body before moving into the core sequence—a full-body āsana (physical posture) flow rooted in traditional yoga. We incorporate Sanskrit terminology and reflections from yoga philosophy to honor the depth and lineage of the practice. What to Expect: Build strength and flexibility through mindful movement Cultivate focus and calm for the day ahead Sanskrit cues and philosophical insights to deepen your practice A breath-led flow that respects yoga’s classical roots Before Class: Practice on an empty stomach or after a light snack (avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before) Wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat ready Optional props: block, strap, blanket Find a quiet space with a stable internet connection
