Let these summer holidays be your chance to reconnect with your body and voice embraced by nature! Set in the peaceful village of Peyna, our Sharena Sol (mixed salt and spices) retreat will guide you on a 6 day journeyback to simplicity and the basics. Allow your body and mind to breathe through daily immersion in dance, yoga, meditative movement, breathing, vocal polyphony sound work and theatre activities, all facilitated by excellent mentors experienced in performing arts, yogaand meditation. Indulge in gentle hikes through Peyna’slush landscapes and the picturesque city.
Away from your demanding routine, our simple but well–equipped Peyna Practice Place offers a safe space for your inner artist and explorer to express. If you seek relaxation with deep and more intensive practice in nature, it’s time for Sharena Sol! The practice will be complemented by group meals and connection around the table.
The accommodation provides simple yet cozy interior spaces and open practice areas. It is the perfect container for rest and revelation. Shared kitchen facilities. Daily lunch included and accommodation in shared double bedrooms. A traditional creative community based village life will fill our days.

The name of Sharena Sol.
It is a mix of spices, a colourful salt popular in Bulgaria. All these spices mixed give a unique flavor, the flavor of food and life. Like the mix of arts in a qunique new composition.
Sharena sol “at Peyna Practice Place”
Peyna Practice Place, PPP, is a 200 year old Bulgarian house which was rebuilt by my parents with much respect and love. It is the land of my ancestors. In thisland they celebrated with singing and dancing and I feelexcited to continue that. (Ralitza Vladimirova).
The house now works as a guest house and can accommodate up to 14 people.
Peyna, a small village is located 250klm from Sofia (the capital of Bulgaria).
How to get there:
Flight from your area to Sofia airport. Then a bus or train to Velliko Tarnovo or Drianovo (details below). From Greece if you have days to enjoy the scenery you can come with your car. It is a ~10 hour drive from Athens or a ~5 hour drive from Thessaloniki.
Sofia-Velliko Tarnovo has a bus connection. VellikoTarnovo is an 18km distance from Peyna. We can arrange a pick up ride from Velliko Tarnovo.
Sofia – Varna (the stop is at Drianovo) there is a connection by train. Drianovo is 4km distance from Peyna. We can arrange a pick up ride from Drianovo by car.

The company counts a life of 18 years in the combination of the performing and visual arts on stage with sold out shows and performances and in education! The Musical Arts on Stage musical theatre, performing arts school works all year round in Alimos, Athens, Greece, educating people of all ages who wish to create abilities for life or who wish to make the arts their profession! IntraVenous and Musical Arts on Stage collaborates with Trinity University of London for grades and diplomas in musical theatre, performance, music and dance. Continuing the history we create for so many years, we now give birth to this retreat blending the performing arts with our holidays and well-being!
COST:
Special offer for 7 days: 490 euros
Breakdown of costs:
-Workshops: special price of 230 euros for 7 days.
For same family 1st degree relatives: 180 euro for the 2ndperson.
-Accommodation: 120 euros per person for 7 nights (in shared rooms).
-Food: 1 meal included (lunch) & products for your own independent or community made breakfast (kitchen available) and dinner: 140 euros for 7 days.
Feel free to book your own accommodation in nearby towns if you wish. In that case the cost is only the workshop price.
