Service Description

Join me midweek for a grounding and revitalizing Vinyasa yoga session. Evening classes are designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance after a busy day. Each class begins with a short meditation and gentle warm-up, helping you settle into your breath and body before moving into the core sequence—a full-body āsana (physical practice) flow rooted in traditional yoga. We incorporate Sanskrit terminology and reflections from yoga philosophy to honor the depth and lineage of the practice. Before class: Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before Wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat ready Optional props: block, strap, blanket Find a quiet space with a stable internet connection All levels welcome.
